My Learning strategies
First, I read the paper of Feature Writing: Feature Leads, Bodies, and Conclusions from group 5 while I am having zoom call with my friends it makes me more relax and fun, then I searching it again for some information that I still not understand on google and also ask my friends.
Synopsis
(Your thoughts: What you learned)
In the paper of Feature Writing: Feature Leads, Bodies, and Conclusions states that, Complex sentences and/or ideas need to be followed by shorter, sharper sentences. Sometimes it's necessary to reinforce or restate a complex or verbose idea in a more concise form. For example: The president said at the meeting that “media practitioners often act in an autonomous, amoral and irregular manner'. Journalists, in other words, are a bad lot." Pace is also important, and sometimes a writer will punctuate the flow of a piece with a short staccato sentence to maximize dramatic impact.
Reflection
(Your feelings: What you will do differently next time)
Interpretation
For me, the most useful information is “Complex sentences and/or ideas need to be followed by shorter, sharper sentences”, before I thought the longer sentences was better but it wasn’t. after this I will try to make more complex sentences especially in construct a news.
